- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Access systems, applications, or information without authorization
- Share confidential Company information without proper approval
- Introduce malicious software or perform activities that may compromise system security
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with Company systems or services
- Use Company resources for unlawful, fraudulent, or inappropriate purposes

Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and accounts, including:
- Keeping passwords confidential
- Not sharing login credentials with any other person
- Using strong passwords in accordance with Company policies
- Enabling and maintaining Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where required
- Promptly reporting any suspected account compromise

Monitoring and Audit
DKAN Group reserves the right to monitor, record, review, and audit the use of its systems and services for security, compliance, operational, and legal purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Section 06
Limitation of Access
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its systems at any time if it determines that a user has violated these Terms of Use, Company policies, or applicable laws.
Section 07
Changes to These Terms
DKAN Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Company systems after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The DKAN Group Information Systems Usage Policy may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company to ensure the security and protection of the Company’s information assets.
